Havila Voyages, the family owned cruise ferry company that from 2021 will sail up to 4 ships along the Norwegian coast, has selected d-flo TravelComms software to enhance its post-reservation customer communications.

 

London, 8 July 2020: d-flo Limited, the innovative customer communications specialist, who enable their clients to achieve operational efficiencies, lower costs and increased brand loyalty, today announced that Havila Voyages will commence using their TravelComms solution to manage their post-reservation customer communications.

TravelComms has been designed specifically for travel companies to enhance the experience of their customers before, during and after their holiday by delivering more enriched, informative and personalised communications via any online and offline channel.
