Meet Gareth, solution consultant and river runner at weekends. Joining d-flo in 2017 as a trainee, Gareth has accelerated through our internal training programme and has contributed to many of our customer solutions. Most recently, Gareth has been helping easyJet holidays and Bravo Tours with their flight change notifications and countdown communictions.

After recently implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and increasing our internal Salesforce capabilities, we have added a number of internally developed custom enhancements. These new automations, dashboards and workflows are already benefitting us with improved work management and visibility which in turn is similarly benefitting our customers.

Windows Issue Fixed

Unfortunately, last month’s Cumulative Security Update from Microsoft came with a frustrating Windows Print Spooler surprise. With it impacting images being rendered on both print and PDF documents – resulting in them appearing as black boxes – it was pleasing for everyone affected that this was identified as a major issue and quickly fixed by Microsoft.

Free to all our licensed customers, Journey Mapper provides an easy to use graphical tool for mapping journeys and capturing the intrinsic information to simplify their automation with TravelComms.
