Sub-Processors
d-flo uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing d-flo’s Communication Services as specified in d-flo’s Data Processor Agreement. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by d-flo who agrees to receive personal data from d-flo intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of d-flo clients; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by d-flo; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between d-flo and the sub-processor.
d-flo maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all sub-processors. This list is below, or you can obtain a copy by contacting privacy@dflo.co.uk
