Titan Travel, the UK’s most awarded tour company, has selected d-flo TravelComms software to implement a new customer communications strategy.

London, 17 January 2022: d-flo Limited, the innovative customer communications specialist, who enable their clients to achieve operational efficiencies, lower costs and increase brand loyalty, today announced that Titan Travel will commence using their TravelComms solution to replace their post-reservation customer communications.

TravelComms has been designed specifically for tour operators to enhance the experience of their customers before, during and after their holiday by delivering more enriched, informative and personalised communications via online and offline channels.
