Dawson & Sanderson, the privately owned, independent travel agent with 22 stores across the North East of England, has selected d-flo TravelComms software to enhance its post-reservation customer communications and provide a multi-channel experience.

London, 20 August 2018: d-flo Limited, the innovative customer communications specialist, who enable their clients to achieve operational efficiencies, lower costs and increased brand loyalty, today announced that Dawson & Sanderson will commence using their TravelComms solution to manage their post-reservation customer communications.

TravelComms has been designed specifically for tour operators to enhance the experience of their customers before, during and after their holiday by delivering more enriched, informative and personalised communications via any online and offline channel.

Being predominantly a store-based travel agency, we have traditionally communicated with our customers in print form – at both point of sale and from head office. Whilst we intend to maintain the personal touch our customers value, there has been a growing need to embrace new digital channels to improve their experience and our internal processes.

It was clear from their demonstration that d-flo’s TravelComms solution will make our travel documentation more personalised and more visually appealing. Reducing our print and post with stunning new email communications will improve our image and drastically reduce our costs. And including links for customers to view their travel documentation securely on line – whenever they want and from wherever they are – will not only expose more of them to our web site and help prevent a GDPR breach in the event of sending travel documents to the wrong customer but consequently provide a better service.
