d-flo Readies for Expansion with Leadership Team

d-flo, the innovative customer communications specialist, has made two key appointments to its leadership team as part of its sizeable investment in preparing for the next stage in its business growth.

London, 7 June 2017: d-flo Limited appoints two new key members to its leadership team to strengthen the company’s expertise in financial matters, wider business skills and overall governance.

Bill Procter will take the role of Chairman and Head of Audit Committee and is joined by Guy Warren as Non-Executive Director.

Procter is a Chartered Accountant and CEO of a property group established in 1996 that employs 180 staff. The company has an annual turnover of in excess of £60m per annum. Warren is CEO of ITRS Group, a global software company. He has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services and technology businesses holding positions such as COO of FTSE Group, EVP & General Manager of Misys Banking and CEO of Logica UK.

The appointments bolster the leadership team at d-flo and form an integral part of its growth strategy to expand into Europe and further afield. The non-executive directors join Chief Technology Officer Bob Russell and CEO and co-founder Colin Brimson.

d-flo has evolved rapidly since its launch in 2011 with year on year organic growth. Initially a disruptive start-up, it is now a mature business with a large client base that include Great Rail Journeys, Neilson Active Holidays, Hurtigruten and Riviera Travel.

In the past six months d-flo has invested heavily in staff, resources and product innovation. It has adopted new systems to underpin its technical development and solution delivery and support. It has created and recruited key roles, including a dedicated digital Project Manager and Travel Communications Consultant, both with many years of travel industry expertise, a Front-End Developer and increased headcount by 20% in the solution delivery team. The company launched CrisisComms, a solution that empowers businesses with the ability to reach customers with essential advice, information and warnings in an emergency, in May 2017.
