Trade body the Association of Touring and Adventure Suppliers (ATAS), launched in April this year by Travel Weekly, has a mission to drive trade awareness and build sales in the burgeoning sector of adventure holidays.
d-flo, which already works with a number of ATAS members, wholeheartedly supports the body’s aims to collate better market data, and provide better support and training for travel agents operating in this fast-growing sector. It believes that agents have a huge opportunity to develop a market among customers eager to book holidays that offer a taste of excitement but who don’t want the hassle of research and organising trips themselves.
d-flo will be sharing its insights and experience on the importance of high quality communications to the delivery of the overall customer experience with ATAS members.
